Another Gorgeous Day Along Big Bear Lake

During this time of year, the only option to escape the desert heat is to make the drive to the local mountains.  I decided to head up to Big Bear yesterday and walk the Alpine Pedal Path along the north shore.  If you take the path all the way from Stanfield Cutoff to the Discovery Center, you are looking at about 4 miles round trip.  On foot, this makes for a good trek.
